Chris Bonney is the founder of the Center for Email Excellence, an
organization dedicated to the betterment of business communication
through email. The center provides online resources for companies and
individuals who want to learn about email trends, develop email
management techniques, or mine valuable resources that address
improving email communication in the workplace. Follow Chris' latest

Chris has over 15 years experience in technology leadership holding
senior positions at IBM, AT&T, MetLife and the Smith Bucklin
Corporation. He is currently partner and VP of client services at
Vangaurd Technology. Throughout his years of experience in technology he has helped scores of clients understand and improve their online communication whether through email, website copy, or blog postings. He is the co-founder of Web Chicago, an association for web designer and developers in Chicago and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Chicagoland Association Forum.
Chris has been a writer for almost 20 years with a degree in English from Northern Illinois University and additional studies at the University of Chicago. He has studied business communication, and email specifically, for many years. The insights and principles Chris shares are a culmination of his research, personal experience, client feedback, training, surveys, and proven successes.
