Mark Sanborn is the author of The Fred Factor and the recently released You Don't Need a TITLE To Be a Leader. He is the CEO of Sanborn & Associates, Inc., an idea lab dedicated to develop leaders in business and in life. Mark has presented over 2,000 speeches and seminars. He holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association and is a member of the exclusive Speakers Hall of Fame (CPAE). He is a past president of the National Speakers Association.
